1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to the dk666 platform and all services provided under it. By browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use any of dk666's services. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account and use services at dk666, you must be at least 21 years old. We may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Only

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and any saved balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Any discrepancy in your name, mobile number, or payment account details may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your own responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. It is your duty to notify the dk666 support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount at dk666 is ৳300 by any method. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount & Processing Time

A minimum of ৳800 applies for withdrawals. For verified accounts, withdrawals are generally completed within 10–45 minutes. However, bank transfers may be subject to the bank's own processing time.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation & Fraud

If suspicious transactions, use of the same source across multiple accounts, or system usage irregularities are detected, dk666 reserves the right to suspend transactions and conduct an investigation. If fraud is proven, the account may be closed and legal action may be taken.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The dk666 welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses can only be used while active on the account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be activated at the same time.
• If the terms of a promotion change after a bonus has been issued, the terms of the already active bonus will remain unchanged.
• dk666 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or improper strategic use of any bonus offer is proven.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

dk666's VIP program has five tiers in total. Users can advance to higher tiers based on their activity and engagement on the platform.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

dk666 reserves the right to change the terms, benefits, or tiers of the VIP program at any time. VIP status may be revoked due to promotional misconduct or violation of account rules.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk666 platform:

• Opening an account for minors (under 21) or participating on their behalf.
• Operating an account using a false or misleading identity.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts.
• Using another user's account or accessing it without permission.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of the platform's software, database, or network.
• Participating in games using automated software, bots, or scripts.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Results

The results of all games on the dk666 platform are determined by the respective game provider's system. Game results will not be changed except in cases of technical error. However, dk666 reserves the right to make necessary corrections in the event of a clear system error or incorrect payout.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly stated on the game page. dk666 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

7.3 Game Interruption & Bet Cancellation

If a game or event is interrupted midway due to technical reasons, the funds for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account. If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be determined as normal — dk666 is not responsible in such cases.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.2 Closure by dk666

dk666 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons: serious violation of these terms; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; bonus abuse; or instructions from a competent authority.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact the dk666 support team first. Our goal is to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly. The support team carefully reviews each complaint and works to provide the best resolution.

There is an option to appeal against dk666's decision. A request for reconsideration can be sent to the support email. All communication can be in Bengali or English.

14 Changes to Terms & Validity

dk666 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.

If any clause of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. The Bengali language version of the terms is the final and authoritative version.
